Mixing it Up!

One of the things I’m definitely missing during this season is going to the gym. Ryan and I had just really gotten into a new fitness groove (you can read about that here) and I started to actually LIKE working again! It was fun, competitive, and something we looked forward to doing together each week. Plus, I’ve got to tell you, I am a different person on the days I move my body intentionally – so much happier. It’s honestly kind of funny… so I figured now more than ever I needed to get an at home routine in check. Because if there is one thing I know about this season, it’s that attitude is EVERYTHING.

The Sweat App

So The Sweat App is my ride or die. I love BBG workouts and feel so challenged and good when I do them! I did BBG 1.0-3.0 exclusively for over a year and loved it! They have some of the best HIIT workouts I’ve ever done. I even wrote about my experience in these blog posts: My New Workout Routine & BBG Q&A!

The Sculpt Society

The Sculpt Society App is totally new to me, but guys, I’m LOVING it! I was looking for a way to do cardio indoors without any equipment and OMG this is it! The 30 minute dance cardio workouts are so. much. fun. and WOW do you sweat! I’m totally addicted!!


I’m totally new to the Peloton App, but as of now, I’m so impressed! I signed up for their 90 free trial and wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I do. I don’t have a bike or treadmill, but they have SO many amazing workouts that don’t require them! I’ve been doing yoga with this app and loving it.

HIIT Workout Plans

Besides those three apps I’ve also been making up some fun HIIT workouts as well! I’ve been filming them and posting on IG stories for you to screenshot if you are interested… I’m a fan of a free workout, so I figured you might be too! Hopefully they are helpful. 😉

P.S. ALSO, I feel like I have FINALLY found my perfect workout gear combo. I’m SO picky about what I wear to workout in but these leggings (and a less expensive pair for $25!) and this sports bra (under $20) have totally become my new go-to workout uniform.   1. Fitness Blender and PopSugar workouts are my favorite. So many free workouts for beginners to advanced. The hardest part is deciding which one to do!
