I’d Love Your Ideas, Thoughts, & Feedback!

Please, tell me everything…

Still in utter disbelief that we are in October, but I’m thrilled about the change of season and, of course, a new month. Like I said in Monday’s post, October is such a fun one because it’s festive but relaxed. The hustle and bustle of the holiday parties, gifts, and events still haven’t kicked in fully yet… although the thought of the festivities nearing is equally as exciting!

But when I sat down to look at an empty content calendar for the month, I wished I could sit down with you, ask you all the questions, and hear everything you think about what you read every day!

To be honest, creating content every day is incredibly time consuming, much more than what you’d expect. And with my time much more limited these days (for a very good reason!), I want to make sure what you read here is serving you really well.

When I started blogging in 2009 it was just blogspot.com. But then along came Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok (and the never ending stories and reels!). Realistically I can’t blog five times a week, send out two newsletters, and hit every single social platform every day at my best. Would I like to? Y-E-S, and it keeps me up at night that I don’t. But the quality of the work decreases tremendously. The 24-hour news and content cycle is a brutal pace. It doesn’t leave room for thoughtful content that takes days, weeks, or often months to create. I don’t want to just check off boxes for the sake of it (and you know how much I love a checklist!).

I’d like to create content that is inspiring, helpful, and entertaining. Both seasonal and evergreen… I want the content that connects with you and to serve you well.

So with that being said, I’d truly love and am excited (!) to know your thoughts on the subject. I have analytics, stats, etc. that we are constantly reviewing to make decisions, but there is nothing quite like chatting with you. Would you mind hopping into the comments section below and letting me know how best I can help you? I would appreciate it *so* much!

Below are a few questions I’m curious about…

What keeps you coming back day after day?

What is your favorite type of content?

Are you into beauty, fashion, home, recipes, DIY, mom/baby, or all of the above?

Is there something you’d love to see more of?

Is there something you’d like to see less of?

Are you a newsletter subscriber? Do you enjoy them as much as I do?

I genuinely love your feedback and would be so grateful if you’d share. As always, thank you for being here and for following along. xx

  1. This will not be helpful at all because I have no suggestions! That’s because I LOVE everything about your site. I skip over GF/DF recipes because I am neither but I feel so calm after reading and your site is where I go when I want *beauty*. Everything is always just so beautiful. I’m old enough to be your mother and I’m not your size so there are things I will not be able to try ( and that’s okay) but I learn something each time I come to you (more flower arranging maybe?!). I hope to keep seeing whatever content you create for a long time to come.

  2. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY? You. You are genuine, kind, and don’t take life for granted. You share what matters to you in beautiful ways. You even share “what’s saving you right now” as you are in the midst of redoing a kitchen, being pregnant, having a newborn. It’s great to read it all.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
I enjoy coming to the blog for the dinner party recipes, book club, flower arranging, baby life, fashion and YOU! Your blog is one I must read each week. Sometimes life doesn’t allow me to check in daily but I do not miss a post.
ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE? ALL of the above.
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Nope, what you do is wonderful !
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I’m fine with whatever you feel comfortable sharing or omitting.
ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO? I signed up for the newsletter recently and I am enjoying those.
    * I am so glad you receive help 3 days a week so that you can continue to blog and be elsewhere on social media. I only read your blog and recently began to watch the flower arranging videos. If you ever feel like you wish to blog only a couple days a week or weekly, please do what’s best for you and your family. This first year of life has so many milestones and the toddler years are just as fun! (Less naps but very fun).

  3. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
To see if there is something that will be helpful or interesting to me

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Recipes, makeup tips, a day in the life.

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    Beauty, recipes, diy

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Would love to see more affordable fashion! I can’t afford a $300 dress!
More makeup tutorials. Buy it for less posts. We are in a time of inflation and while it may not hurt you personally, a lot of us are pained by the high prices on everything and can’t buy new wardrobes every season. Maybe some pieces on shopping your own closet!
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
Love the newsletter, love the ramblings!

  4. I am a 57-year-old retired grandmother, and I love your blog. I am also a cancer survivor. I feel so invested in your and Ryan’s life. You are a bright spot on the internet. I love your positive energy and beauty, but I also like the real, behind the scenes stuff. Your baby is absolutely beautiful, and I cannot wait to watch him grow and see his personality. I love your home projects; your house is adorable. (I bought the art light for my own home) I love your fashion style, and I love travel inspo.

I love Monday morning musings and the new what’s on your mind. I love seeing your recipes too, even though I am not GF or DF, it still gives me inspiration and ideas. I also love collecting dishes, so your antique finds are very fun for me.

I hate that I spend (waste) so much time on Instagram, I would be happy for you to post less days of the week, so I don’t have to keep up as much. I don’t need tons of content every day.

I do subscribe to your newsletter, and I enjoy it.

  5. I’ve been a reader of your blog for a couple of years now and love your Monday musings posts the best as they are a bit of everything as well as the Saturday newsletter. I live in New Zealand so the fashion posts are in opposite seasons to us however it gives me inspiration for the next season ahead.
I absolutely love your coffee recipe posts and I enjoy making these at home as well as your floral arrangement posts.

  6. I am a 67-year-old grandmother of three, but I love to read your blog just to see your impeccable taste and the beautiful way you put everything together, from your house, to your outfits, to your floral arrangements. And of course now I love seeing cute pictures of your son, being a lover of all babies! Personally, I love your makeup posts with recommendations for products because I am still very into makeup, hair, and fashion. I admit, I can’t afford a lot of the clothes you model but that doesn’t keep me from admiring them and analyzing how I could possibly put together a similar outfit for less money. Keep up the great work! Your blog is a very bright spot on the internet and an inspiration.

  7. I really enjoy the *aestetic* I guess? Most of your content feels pretty airy and light, and it makes IG (where I usually am) feel like a happier place.

I also enjoy the unplanned bits, like the discussion on manicures (and the pros of a desk manicure, that’s the only time I paint my nails now that I WFH!). So maybe more of this, the behind the scenes, day to day (which I understand you might not want to share, because privacy!).

I don’t do much in the hair and makeup department, but I do enjoy the posts on skincare and fashion. And I love a good home project!

I like the bookclub, but for me a lot of the books lack depth. I like a good quick and easy and light read for a beach vacation, and that’s the first place I go when I need a recommendation for that type of book, but I don’t read them regularly.

I also realize what I like, what other readers like, what IG prioritizes… it’s all a mess and there’s no way to make everyone happy. I hope you continue to create the kind of content that makes YOU happy and fulfilled, and allows you to be the kind of mom you’d like to be for Laurens. As long as you genuinely like what you do, and what you share, that infectious attitude will come across and make your corner of the internet a nice place to visit 🙂

  8. I love your personality and positivity. It also seems like you are motivated to live your best life and that I find truly inspiring!

Your DIY, creative content I love as well as anything about your interior, beauty routine, daily routines and recipes.

I would love to learn more about how you set your personal goals and how you keep motivated to get there, how you study the Bible is also something I would love to learn more about. I always enjoy seeing people’s routines, I find them so often inspiring.

I truly enjoy your newsletter on the weekends. The categories are fun and there is always something that inspires me to either cook or DIY/create.

I would say keep doing what you are doing! You are such an inspiration. Your content truly is great!

    • WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
I keep coming back because I love that the content is light-hearted, fun, and pretty. I also feel like by not drawing attention to negative comments or individuals you foster a more welcoming space on your blog/insta. It feels like you respect your readers.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Blog posts: specifically Monday musings and the lists of things you are enjoying.
ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
All of the above, except for mom/baby. But I recognize that’s different for other people. 🙂
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
I would love to see more home and recipe content. I also really miss seeing the date on blog posts for when I’m trying to look back at a helpful post..
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I feel like a lot of the content in blog posts is overly hyperlinked. To me it’s distracting and detracts from the overall experience of reading the blog. Before the redesign it was a lot better.
ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
I like the newsletter! Good vibes for sure.

  9. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?

I have been following you since 2013 after I found you on Instagram, and concur with the other comments that it feels like you are a friend at this point. I find your content to be so inspirational.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?

I live in Winter Park, so I appreciate your local posts and I want to support a hometown girl. I also enjoy your posts on your home, your daily routines, motherhood, and organization.

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?

Home, DIY, Mom/Baby. I do appreciate your recipes, but not everyone has your dietary restrictions so sometimes they are lost on me.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?

Real life posts/authenticity, rather than perfection.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?

The phrase “is there anything better than…” and “best friend.” Content involving other bloggers. Not everyone follows all the bloggers and that content can be lost on me.

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO

I am, and I look forward to it every weekend!

  10. It is probably not helpful to say that I love everything you do. But it really is true! I am in the college stages with my kids, but I even adore seeing all the updates with precious Laurens. I think the main thing I want to say here is that I keep coming back for your kind, sweet disposition and your positive space on IG. And the content, of course! 🙂

  11. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
I appreciate everything about you overall. At this point, I’ve been reading for so long… I seriously feel like you are one of my girlfriends at this point. I can honestly say I do not feel that way about any other blogger, even ones that I have been reading for a long time. (Remember back in the day the pictures of celebrities that you would hand draw and the personalized stationery – so fun!) Your lifestyle is never flashy in-your-face extravagance but rather a natural grace and elegance to how you approach life. I also personally appreciate that you steer clear of hot-button issues in the US. Seeing your sweet family is so fun too! I just love you.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Home decor is always so inspirational. I also love the day-in-the-life type posts. Any organization tips or how you manage all that you do I always find a lot of value in. Easy recipes that are GF/DF are always a hit.

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
All of the above, but my favorite is home!

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Home decor is my absolute favorite. I love your eye for design and detail. Maybe design ideas for less, ways to achieve your look on a budget. Small areas you decorated, like someone mentioned above things like dresser tops, shelving, etc. Or, how you and Ryan decided on the style/feel of your home. I also feel like you are super disciplined and routined, which is fantastic, I like posts on that stuff too.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I like it all, if I had to pick one, it would be beauty products though.

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
YES! From day one! I LOVE the weekend ones especially.

I agree with the poster from above, I would rather see limited content that is 100% authentic and YOU than just having to check off a daily to-do post. Give yourself grace here in this season. Personally, I am not on a lot of Social Media, so outside of your blog, Instagram, and YouTube – I am not seeing any other content. Could you scale back on platforms that don’t perform as well to ease that pressure a bit?

All this to say, you are fantastic, and I will be around no matter what direction you choose to move forward with! 🙂

  12. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your lovely, curated picks/insights into the beautiful things in life.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Home life – especially mom/baby stuff! Congratulations 🙂 it’s such a sweet phase.

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    Mom/baby, fashion, home

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
    Family life

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I hope I can say this gracefully and respectfully, but it has grown somewhat harder over time to tell what you really love/enjoy. I’ve noticed there is a tendency to hyperbolize what is wonderful, to the degree that I struggle to take your recommendations as sincere anymore. Basically, if everything is amazing, nothing is amazing. I’ve found myself drifting away from your recommendations because I no longer trust what you say you like… because everything is the cutest, the prettiest, the sweetest, the most fun, etc. So many of the things I’ve tried from your blog are indeed great… but I think it’s fair to also mention when something is mediocre or not a favorite, or that you haven’t had a great weekend, etc. Candor actually makes me feel like I can trust your recommendations more as opposed to less, and the constant hyperboles have fostered both boredom and lack of trust in what you’re sharing, and overall I read your blog less and less as a result.

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO? Yes! As you can see from above, I am all for the candor 🙂

  13. My wish for you, now that sweet Laurens is here, is providing some encouragement and empowerment to women who are desiring to be mothers.

I keep coming back here because you are so darned sweet – your recommendations are not super fancy expensive items and i can apply them to my life!

Maybe less romantic book club books?

  14. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
I became a subscriber because I thought it might help you grow your blog.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Practical tips/life hacks for everyday life.
ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
My son is older, so I don’t need the baby stuff anymore, but that is easy to skim over because that is where you are and I am sure it is helpful to other mamas. When it comes to beauty and fashion, I like seeing products that are practical and attainable. (Target, Spehora, more common stores). A lot of your brands are just out of my price range and not practical.
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
I love seeing guests bloggers(or non-bloggers). I love seeing how people make life work all over the world. Example…I am a Midwest girl. I would love to see how other gals survive winter (Fashion, skin care, etc.),
IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
    Products that are more affordable.
ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
    They are fun .
You are a happy place on the internet, but don’t push yourself. Enjoy your season with your little man!

  15. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
I also used to follow a million blogs back in the day but this is always the first one I look at every morning, it’s the BEST! I love your classic, timeless style, aesthetic (all of the pastels, florals and green!) and most of all your heart- there’s a simplicity and love for beauty, and I can see Jesus in you and the way that you write. It also doesn’t feel like a grind to consume like some other fashion blogs do, but a slower, more beautiful pace of life that prioritizes the important and beautiful things in life, like preparing a wonderful meal with loved ones, enjoying a great book, making our homes cozy, warm places for hospitality and connection. And, obviously, the best dresses and outfits 🙂

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
I love blog posts, newsletters, and Instagram stories. Monday morning musings are the best!

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
All of the above! Especially love fashion, recipes, beauty, and home (obsessed with the floral arrangements you’ve been sharing!).

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Always love to see how you style outfits and home decor – kitchen essentials, all that kind of thing – and 5 Things I’m Loving is really fun. And definitely more coffee recipes, haha! The lavender latte was amazing!

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I care less about reels but I know Instagram has required to do so much more of that lately.

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
    YES!

  16. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
I’m a fellow Floridian! So I love seeing another person my age in my stage of life living down here. Seeing your content reminds me that nothing is too small to find joy in and make it pretty. For example – pretty paper napkins. You rave about them, and I see why now! It’s such a small fun joy.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Love the home decor and baby/motherhood content. I love reading the blog and watching your stories. I don’t usually watch the reels, but that’s for anyone. It’s so hard! I’m a content creator too so I have to make them and know most people still prefer photos. The IG struggle :/

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    Home, recipes, DIY, Mom/Baby

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Would love more home decor and home updating content.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I’m set on my ways for skincare and makeup, so I don’t find a lot of value out of that – ha! But I know other people do!

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
I newly am and LOVE it!

  17. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your positive energy and beautiful aesthetic!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Love the personal life family stuff and all your home renos! Also dig your fashion! Honestly, maybe all of it? Love the Monday musings post and really love your Saturday newsletter!

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    Honestly, all of it!

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Would love more home styling, interiors, renovation info!

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
    Nope 🙂

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
Yes! I love them!! They’re actually what brought me to your blog! Was a newsletter reader first, then became an active blog reader!

  18. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your upbeat attitude and impeccable taste

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
I really love your home decor posts. I found so much inspiration decorating my own home from them!
I also love your craft posts (though I know how time consuming that is with a baby!)

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    All of the above

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
I would love some home decor posts on smaller projects! For example, how you style shelves, or vanities, etc.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
    No

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
Yes! I especially love the to make section!

  19. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your blog is positive & I love that! I also am in a similar season of life and enjoy similar clothing & house products.

INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
I’m most into Mom & Baby (also a first time mom of a baby boy!), recipes (love the combo of treats & healthier), fashion, and home.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? Yes! They are a fun little bit to read on the weekends.

  20. I keep up because you are positive, honest, genuine & just seem like a lovely person. Enjoy pics of your darling family.

My favorite content is book recommendations, home, diy & recipes. Love looking at your fashion, but it’s out of my price range as a stay at home mom. Maybe ideas on how to dupe some of your higher end finds?

Would always love more book recommendations & craft ideas! Maybe some fashion & home high/low finds?

I am a newsletter subscriber & always enjoy them! Your photos are always beautiful. I agree with the comments so far about not feeling the need to push content. You are in a special season with your sweet babe. Enjoy this time & give yourself grace. Your community will be here to support you. xo

  21. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Like some of the other folks, I’ve been a follower since you had your line of mugs and stationary – I still have the desk calendar from one year because I loved the bright colors and the cute sayings on each month! I keep coming back because I never feel like you’re pushing merchandise like some other influencers. You seem genuine, and you have great taste!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Simple, inexpensive tips. That’s pretty broad….but when you show how to decorate your front and back porches, simple makeup or hair tips I appreciate it. You recommended an AE sherpa top last year or the year before that I bought for myself and my BFF and it was a great affordable recommendation! I love, love, LOVE your book club. I don’t get to read the selections each month depending on my schedule, but I love the book guides you put out each season and your recommendations. I also appreciate your recipes because I’m dairy-free too and it’s nice to see them! Also….I love Dolly! 🙂

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
All of it. I’m in a different phase of life (My kids are 8 and 11) so I’m not as into the baby stuff, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t blog about it. That’s where you are right now.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
I like the random list emails. Things that are intriguing you.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
Some of the brands you partner with are out of my price range, but they are lovely to look at. 🙂

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
I am a newsletter subscriber and do enjoy them. Honestly, I agree with what some of the other folks have shared – you don’t have to be on five days (or more) each week. The posts that resonate with folks are the ones where you have something to say…..so if you’re just writing to make sure you’re hitting that quota, don’t. I’d rather hear from you 1/2 the time and know it’s coming from the heart than having you stress about it. Pick a few channels and share where it’s easiest when it’s easiest. If you only blog a couple times a week or take time off because that’s the phase of life you’re in, people will understand. You have a baby! Things are allowed to evolve and shift right now. EVERYONE goes through phases where different things take priority, and your readers understand. We’ll still be here!

  22. Still rocking my “Treat Yo Self” mug from the early days of coming across your blog! I come for all of it, but don’t need it every day if that’s an easier approach. Keep doing what you’re doing but at a scaled down pace so your sanity is in tact and I’d happily continue to support/follow along on the fun.

  23. I find your blog so helpful and inspiring, particularly the lifestyle posts! I love and refer back to the organizing posts (especially linen closet and kitchen), reviews—everything from Levels and Parsley Health to Breville and AYR, and topics like journaling, morning routine, budgeting, workout equipment, outdoor decor, meal planning and delivery, and especially recipes!

  24. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your photographs are beautiful, and you seem to have a really positive outlook on life which is quite refreshing.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
I love your Monday posts and floral content.

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
Fashion, home and recipes are my favourite.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
    More recipes please!

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
I’m not too enthusiastic about beauty content, but that’s probably just me! 🙂

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
No, but I think I should sign up!

  25. WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
When blogging first became a thing, I read several every day but as the years have gone on I’ve whittled it down to 3. I love yours and come back every day because of your sweet outlook, beautiful pics and classic style.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
Baby stuff, book reviews, style ideas and recipes (food and step by step floral decorations)

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
    All of the above

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
Stay at home mama style ideas

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
Not that I can think of

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO?
Not a newsletter subscriber…eek…maybe I should be. But I am a very loyal book club member if that makes up for it ; ). I think I have read all but 2 books in the last 3 years. Your book selections are always on point and offer a happy, light option in the middle of whatever else I choose to read each month.

    • WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK DAY AFTER DAY?
Your consistency, positivity, joy, real life meets glamorous life ;), attitude, and general aesthetic! Huge fan!!!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF CONTENT?
The “brain stream” type posts/what’s on your mind!

ARE YOU INTO BEAUTY, FASHION, HOME, RECIPES, DIY, MOM/BABY, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE?
-Home, recipes, DIY, mom/baby – I also love holiday content! And gift roundups – you are SO awesome at these!!! just love your blog 🙂

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LOVE TO SEE MORE OF?
-More personal takes! More updated home spaces, weekend recaps, trips with details, “how you do it” etc. I loveeee your blog. Sometimes I wish there more details.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE LESS OF?
-Fashion roundups – but especially posts talking about a single outfit

ARE YOU A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER? DO YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I DO? Yes!!! I sure do!!!!

      • I’ve been reading for years. Back when I was small enough to rock my workout tank top from ABD Designs and drink coffee from your mugs! Now a mom of 2, I appreciate your simplicity and the grace you bring to each post. They are not overdone.

I would love to hear more about your faith, practical how you do it, a good look for less (which you have lots of variety in prices good job!), how you approach living in what I can gather is a smaller home yet still have a heart to entertain, raise your son, etc. keep up the monthly flower tutorials and party menus! As long as they bless you!
thank you for being a bright spot on the internet. – Texas mom.

        • I enjoy your blog as is. You have a very positive approach to life. I enjoy watching your beautiful son grow up. I am a 67 year old grandmother of 3 beautiful grand babies. I’m probably not going to read about baby products or child rearing ideas but there are many who do so don’t worry about me. I enjoy your sense of style. Again I am a bargain shopper so would never spend $200 on a dress but would on a copy for less or would keep my eye open for something similar. It’s nice to have a model for inspiration though. Maybe some tech ideas on how to take beautiful photos as well as how to pose in photos, hair styling tips, makeup ideas, styles for different body types, products you love as well as home decor. Just some ideas since you asked!
