Finlay Donovan Knocks ‘Em Dead
We’re getting ready to dive in to the details of the book. Haven’t read it yet? Get acquainted with our latest selection here.
Another month has come to a close, which means it’s time to discuss this month’s book! Did you love re-connecting with Finlay and Vero as much as I did? I just can’t with them—they are the best! I hope this isn’t the last of this series (hint, hint, Elle Cosimano). For someone like me who is not a “murder mystery” kind of gal, somehow Elle strikes the *perfect* combination of romance, comedy, and suspense. I just find them so enjoyable and FUN. I hope you did, too!
Let’s get down to the comments so can discuss all the ins-and-outs of this book…

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
One of my favorite things about this book is how the tone and vibe is totally different from most books in the mystery/thriller genre. Do you prefer this light-hearted take or more traditional thrillers? Are there any similar books you’ve loved?
Finlay and Vero’s relationship is, in my mind, the cornerstone of the book. Were you surprised to learn how much Vero was keeping from Finlay? Why do you think Vero went to such lengths to keep her secrets?
By the end of the novel, it seems Finlay has chosen Nick over Julian. What are your thoughts?
