DIY Embroidered Heart
The sweetest little t-shirt of all time…
Embroidery crafts are some of my absolute favorites! They are truly so easy and have endless possibilities. But with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to keep with tradition and make Laurens his very own heart sweater!

You may remember a few years ago when my sister and I did a fun LIVE craft night where we showed you how to do this DIY… and it all started with making my niece a little heart sweater of her very own. So, you know, I just had to make Laurens one for his first Valentine’s Day too!

Plus, finding handsome and festive valentine outfits for a little boy can be challenging, so I figured I might as well make my own, and guys, I can’t get enough of it. Truly the sweetest little shirt!
Supply List / Tutorial

- Shirt or Sweater – This is the one I used, but I love this jumpsuit, this t-shirt!
- Embroidery Thread
- Sewing Needle
- Embroidery Hoop
- Stabilizing paper
- Disappearing Ink Pen
Here is a full step-by-step tutorial – it’s truly so easy!

This is such a fun craft, but if you want the look without all to the work, there are so many fun spots like Etsy and Maisonette where you can find personalized sweaters and more (this sweet shirt is in my cart!). ALSO I’m very into these iron-on hearts that you can turn a cute little chambray shirt into something extra adorable! I ordered a set and can’t wait to try!
