Here are some more things to consider when you go into your local gym or fitness center:

–Cardio machines can often be one of the most congested areas in the gym.  If you are using a cardio machine, be mindful of those waiting in line and limit your cardio workout to 20-30 minutes.  Some gyms have signs posted with cardio workout limits, check to see if yours is one of them.

–By all means say a polite hello to a fellow gym go-er, but do not proceed to be a chatty mc-chat-ster as it may interfere with their routine.

–Be aware of the smell situation: lay off the perfume and cologne before the gym as those scents intensify as you sweat.
