Honey Lavender Latte Recipe

The sweetest touch…

Okay, well, today is a HUGE day! My sister is officially sharing her honey lavender latte recipe with us… and we are all so blessed to be getting this recipe! I’m not joking when I say that I drive an HOUR to her house for this latte, it’s that delicious. To be fair I do get the extra bonus of getting to snuggle my niece and to also see my sister, but the latte is certainly a motivation for me in this situation as well. 😉

After a little persuasion, I finally convinced my sister to share her beloved recipe so we could all make this at home. Plus, I just really wanted to do a video with her, and this was a great excuse. The recipe below is for an iced honey latte recipe, which is how we like to drink ours. But super easy to omit the ice and serve it warm instead. (And here’s how I make my regular cup of coffee every single morning at home, we are serious coffee people!)

I hope you love the video, we had SUCH a blast making it. We could have had a good 30-minute video of bloopers alone, we laughed so hard. Sisters are the best, and I’m just so thankful that I can call her mine… enjoy, friends!

  • 1 cup of sugar

Latte Ingredients

  • drizzle of honey
  • ice
  • 2 shots of espresso

Make a simple syrup with your water, honey, and lavender. Be sure to keep stirring not to let the sugar burn. Once the sugar has dissolved. Strain your syrup and place in a container.

To make the iced latte, fill a glass with ice then drizzle honey on top. Then make two shots of espresso and mix in your choice of milk and 2 spoonfuls of your lavender syrup and stir before pouring over ice. Once ingredients are mixed, pour over ice and enjoy!

P.S. Here is a full review on the espresso machine we both have and LOVE. I give this machine nothing but five stars.

  1. You and your sister are adorable! The love between you is evident. I make lavender lattes with purchased lavender syrup, but I am going to try this homemade recipe. I bet it is a lot better! I only discovered lavender lattes last year, but really enjoy them. They are a nice break from mochas or americanos.

  2. As someone who asks for the recipe each time you sip this drink, I am overjoyed by this video!!! Thank you Kyla!!!! Can’t wait to learn another….peppermint movhas maybe!?
