Let’s Cocktail! Rosé French 75

A fun twist on a old classic…

We are keeping the pink theme for the entire month on February, although to be honest I don’t really need an excuse… I’m definitely always all in for a pink cocktail! While doing a little research on what our cocktail of the month should be (and how to make a French 75) I came across this Rosé French 75 by Ashley Rose Conway and thought I’d give it a whirl.

I love a classic French 75 because truly, what’s not to love! Champagne and lemon juice are two of my favorite things, but adding gin and subbing PINK champagne for regular champagne… yes, please!

Also, highly recommend finding fancy girly glasses for a drink like this. These pink coupes from Casa de Suna and this simple jigger are so incredibly beautiful! I have the martini glasses (last seen here) and we are constantly getting complements on them. Truly so beautiful and would make such a great wedding gift!

I’m getting together with my girlfriends this weekend and I will 100% be making this drink. It’s fun, refreshing, and extra bubbly! You know I’d never steer you wrong in the cocktail department, so below has all the details on how to make a French 75.
