Let’s Cook! April’s Dinner Party Menu
A fresh, bright, and happy spring menu!
Welcome to my newest (ish!) series that I am so excited about: a monthly dinner party menu! Over the years, some of my favorite posts have been the special occasion gluten- and dairy-free menus I’ve pulled together, like this Easter Menu, Mother’s Day Menu, Thanksgiving Menu, and Valentine’s Day Menu.
I just find them so helpful for myself, and, turns out, so do you! I’m so glad you’ve reached out to tell me that all the gluten- and dairy-free recipes are helpful for meal planning and entertaining.
So here we are, making it not just a fun “holiday” thing, but a monthly thing, because let’s face it, most of us are always entertaining in some way, shape, or form. This will act as our collective dinner party menu cheat sheet!

To officially kick this off, I pulled together a fresh, bright, and happy spring menu that would work for any gathering. From an Easter brunch, to a Friday night dinner in the backyard with friends, or a lazy late afternoon Sunday lunch, these simple and delicious recipes are right where to start.
Ultimately, I hope this inspires you to invite your people over, get in the kitchen, set the table, pour a drink, and make some memories. Happy entertaining, friends!
P.S. As always, everything will have a gluten- and dairy-free option if it isn’t already GF/DF friendly, so you can proceed with confidence.

Okay, this mocktail looks delicious! (Selfishly, yes, I found a mocktail recipe!) I love that it has *three* different kinds of citrus. Also, it could be turned into a full-on cocktail with just a few additions!

Lemon Herb White Bean Dip

I often get stumped when it comes to appetizers and snacks, but doesn’t this look delicious? I love the twist on hummus as a white bean dip, plus you get some veggies in, too!

I’m on a serious arugula kick recently, so when I saw this recipe I couldn’t bookmark it fast enough. I mean, yum! I’ll be making this for lunch later this week.

I’m obsessed with every recipe Alex makes. They are simple, SO flavorful, and so good. Plus, I love a main dish that is a sheet-pan situation… makes it easy peasy!
