Let’s Cook! October’s Dinner Party Menu

Time for all the cozy fall cooking…

I’ve been batch cooking lately, and in this season, it’s workin’ for me! Last Sunday I made beef stew and doubled it! I put half in the freezer (some really good freezer friendly meals here) and we had leftovers for lunch for a few days.

It’s been saving the day, but I’m craving a really fun go-all-out festive meal. You know the kind, the one you can’t just throw together during the week?! So putting together this menu felt therapeutic. I’m ready to get in the KITCHEN and have some actual fun… not just survival cooking!

This menu is very fall in the BEST way, but I just want you to note the actual restraint on not only sharing pumpkin recipes… because it was hard and I should get points for that, right?! Tell me what you make and love!

P.S. As always, everything will have a gluten- and dairy-free option (if it isn’t already GF/DF friendly), so you can proceed with confidence.
