Let’s cook these healthy recipes together!
Happy New Year, everyone! I am so excited for a fresh start, and I am especially excited to eat healthier! One of my resolutions is to cook more meals at home, so I thought I would share a few ideas with you.
Eating healthy is so much easier when you plan ahead, otherwise I find myself just looking to whip up something quick not caring about the nutrition content. I love using our Done & Done Notepad as a meal planner to keep everything in one place and organized! As I am planning out some of my meals, I thought I would share a few of my favorite healthy recipes that take 30 minutes or less!
- One Pan Cranberry Balsamic Roasted Chicken- This recipe looks delicious and will keep you in a bit of the holiday spirit! The one pan makes it so easy and keeps dishes to a minimum.
- Teriyaki Chicken Zoodles- This is such a creative way to try making zoodles! It sounds perfect for a comfy night in. This is also one pot, so that is always a bonus!
- Candied Walnuts Salad & Balsamic Fig Dressing- This looks so simple and easy! Salads are always a go-to of mine, and this one sounds delicious!
All of these recipes sound so yummy, and the prep and cook times are so quick to fit into a busy schedule. Keep up with our Pinterest page to see more of our favorites!
I know sometimes starting to cook more often and healthier can be daunting, so it’s time to treat yo’self to a few new kitchen trinkets! Let’s get in the mood to chop up some kale! Here are a few of my favorite things currently:
