This May Just Be The Best Idea Ever! 

Yesterday I was on a call with my management team and we were going over all sorts of content ideas for 2019.  Of course, I came prepared with tons of ideas, but after I rattled off all of my seemingly brilliant thoughts, they said, pretty much in unison, “Okay, but we think you should start a book club!” and I was like, “um YEEEESSS!!”  Also, “why didn’t I think of that?”

So here I am a mere 24 hrs later bringing this idea straight to the source,  what do ya say… should we start a girly book club?

I think it could be so much fun and honestly, I’ve already done some research and have a book lined up for February if you’re into it! 😉 #peerpressure

So let’s just say for kicks and giggles you were into the idea, here’s what I’m thinking…

I pick a book (or we do a poll and collectively pick a book for the month) and we all commit to reading or listening (audio book TOTALLY counts)! We can do a mid-month check-ins, and I can make all sorts of fun downloads and instagram story templates for us to share what we are reading and how many stars you’re rating it, etc… SO FUN, RIGHT?! 

Okay, well, clearly I’m already sold on the book club idea, so stay tuned for more details!

Sophia Of Silicon Valley

Just finished this one and I really, really liked it! I would 100% recommend it, plus, you’ll recognize the characters, which is fun!

One Day in December

Legitimately loved this book. I loved the ending and was in suspense up until the very last page.  It’s thoughtfully written and I am putting it on my must read list!

The Stylist

I didn’t hate it but I didn’t totally love it… if you know what I mean. It took me a while to finish it! But would make a great beach book!

Rush

This was such a great read and I can’t recommend it enough. It had me laughing and crying. It’s a must read.

  42. Yes!! Would so love to be in a book club! I feel like I’m always reading theological or business books and it would be so fun to read some fun fiction books. I listened to the audio version of One day in December recently and LOVED it!
