A Beautiful Escape

I’ve been dreaming of a European escape for…..forever. I’ve been to Europe three times (England, Italy, and France), which truthfully just feels like not quite nearly enough! Ryan and I went to France for our one year anniversary in 2015 and we’ve been dreaming of a trip back ever since we boarded our flight home.

But of course since we won’t be boarding a plane any time in the near future, I’ll just have to live vicariously through Madame de la Maison.

I had the opportunity to meet Ajiri from @madamedelamaison in real life last November at Pencil and Paper Co.’s Creative Camp. We hit it off instantly, and bonded over our mutual love for vintage china. Ajiri owns Madame de la Maison where she sources and sells vintage table top, decor, and linens… but also rents them out.

Her work and eye for the exquisite is absolutely incredible. Her styling is drool worthy. I literally can not get enough. I’m pretty sure she has my dream job. ha!

Her beautifully curated online shop is where I’d like to spend my days… but don’t say I didn’t warn you. If you’re anything like me you’ll want to add EVERYTHING to cart.

Honestly, I just want to throw a Parisian party with Ajiri where there’s a little too much French champagne and all the (gf/df is that a thing?) croissants… who’s with me?!
