This month we are reading Tweet Cute and friends, the name doesn’t lie. It is literally the cutest YA novel with a You’ve Got Mail spin that I just adored. This will be the perfect book to throw in your bag or pack in your suitcase for Spring Break. Happy Reading everyone!

Quick Summary:

Tweet Cute is part You’ve Got Mail love story and part high school drama. Pepper is a classic over-achiever and captain of her high school swim team. She secretly runs the Twitter account of her family’s restaurant chain, Big League Burger. Jack works at his family’s deli and created his school’s most popular social media obsession: Weasel, an app that let’s you chat anonymously with anyone in school. When Jack sees BLB’s latest grilled cheese recipe he’s convinced they’ve stolen it from his family’s deli and he and Pepper begin a Twitter war not knowing who is on the other end of each account. To make matters even more complicated Pepper and Jack are also communicating via Weasel and falling fast for one another.

I love the nod to my favorite rom-com, You’ve Got Mail, the family dynamics, and watching Pepper and Jack find each other as they try to grow up.
