Happy March!! It has been many years since I was a student, but March still signals that Spring Break feeling in me. Taking a few days off to enjoy the sunshine…Sounds heavenly right?!

This month we’re reading Shipped by Angie Hockman and when I first read it, it gave me all the Spring Break getaway vibes. With so much of the country covered in snow and ice, I hope this book provides a little sunshine for you wherever you are!

Quick Summary:

Henley Evans is working on her MBA at night and by day she works in marketing for a cruise line. But she never has time to enjoy the vacations she markets to everyone else. When she and her infuriating counterpart Graeme Crawford-Collins are up for the same promotion, they find themselves experiencing one of their companies’ trips first hand as they travel to the Galapagos. Each of them is going to have the opportunity to present new and innovative ideas to up bookings to this particular location. Having only “met” on digital work platforms, Henley and Graeme are surprised by one another once they finally meet in person.

The perfect “Spring Break” book that will transport you somewhere sunny sans plane ticket! Not only is this book a great escape, but the female friendships in this story are so special. You will be rooting for the main character as soon as you finish chapter one, promise!

This book was the perfect getaway when you can’t actually get away, ya know?! I loved reading about Henley and Graeme’s adventures in the Galapagos and watching them figure out what truly matters.

A vacation rom-com may just be my favorite niche- “Shipped” is such a fun read! It’s full of witty banter, a couple you’ll adore and so many funny moments. I knew instantly I would love this book & I was not disappointed in the slightest.
