Monday Morning Musings | 178

Mini Weekend Recap!

We had such a great low key weekend; after a crazy week, it was definitely much needed! On Saturday, we did our little Saturday tradition of breakfast sandwiches and a long walk… it’s the thing I always look the most forward to all weekend long. And the rest of the day was spent working on house chores, work projects, and a fun dinner! Sunday after church, we came back home to finish up a few projects and… laundry! Then I headed over to my parents for family dinner, which was just the best. Even though we didn’t have a lot going on, it was so nice just to be home and around!

Anyway, below are five things that I’m loving this Monday morning, including the dress I couldn’t stop twirling around in yesterday.

5 Things I'm Loving

Fall Florals

I just love this dress. I wore it for the first time yesterday, and I knew as soon as I put it on that it would be a major staple. Just *so* comfortable, and the shape is really flattering, both belted and not. Highly recommend!

New Glasses

I need to order new glasses, but I swung by the Warby Parker store and tried on a few frames and ended up with these! I love them. Now I just need to go get my prescription updated so that I can order them!

Fall Lipstick

I’m such a fan of all things Charlotte Tilbury, and this new lipstick in the color “Supermodel” is REALLY pretty. If you are looking to update your lipstick for the season, this is a really good one!

Classic Fall Wreath

I was doing a little Etsy shopping (truly my favorite kind of shopping!), and stumbled across this wreath, isn’t it beautiful?!

Cast Iron Skillet

I have gotten to the point where I exclusively use the Our Place Pan and this Smithy cast iron pan. My brother-in-law gave this to us for Christmas last year, and wow, it’s just amazing!

  1. Hey Ashley! Do you know if the Our Place and Smithy pans are toxic free? I’m thinking if you use them, then yes, but I’m curious. I need some new pans!
