Monday Morning Musings | No. 265

I kicked off the weekend with a really fun Amazon Live floral tutorial and it was a blast! If you missed it, the recording now lives on my Amazon Shop page so you can go back and rewatch whenever. I can’t wait to do another one soon!

On Saturday I had the opportunity to hosted a baby shower for my neighbor which ended up being so sweet. We had the best morning celebrating her and oohing and ahhing over the teeny tiny baby things!

Over the past year we’ve become close having our babies only 3 three months apart, and now she is due with her second. We are so lucky to have each other, our garages literally back up to one another so we now just walk in through the back door during witching hour or meet up in the mornings for walks… it’s been such a sweet gift to have a neighbor in the exact season of life!

Crossbody Perfection

I have been wearing this crossbody non-stop lately and I love it so much (see here and here). I didn’t realize how useful it would be with a little one! It’s made popping into the grocery store or running a quick errand so much easier. But I also love it for a night out. Truly such a pretty, versatile bag!

Hello Lighthouse

Laurens is *so* into books, which THRILLS me! We read practically all day and I’m addicted to finding him little books that he loves. Currently this and this are this favorites and we read each of them approximately 900 times a day, so I’m always on the hunt for something new. I saw this one while doing some research over the weekend and I’m going to order it before our trip to Maine, looks so sweet!

Cozy Sweater for 30% off

I have last year’s version of this sweater and it’s a DREAM. I wear it all the time (see here and here) especially since I keep our house quite chilly in the summer! But I’m loving the color contrast on this one, it’s just a really great classic and closet staple.

Faux Greenery

Afloral is one of my favorite places to shop for faux florals because the quality is unmatched! I’ve been thinking about doing a greenery arrangement for our dining room and I can’t get these branches out of my head. So simple and fresh.
