Good morning, friend and happy Monday to you! I hope your Monday is off to a lovely start. I’m not sure I’m ready to wrap my head around May being here this week, eek! How did we get to May!? I have some really fun things planned this week (new Book Club pick!) that I’m really excited to share, plus our personal calendar is full celebrations from birthdays to Mother’s Day to weddings and, of course, moving logistics! I think in a year I’ll look back on May 2024 and think, omg, we did it! Hoping to enjoy this wild season the best we can, and remember we are—quite literally—in the middle of a really fond memory!

Anyway, this weekend was so much fun and it felt like SUMMER! We kicked it off with a trip to Busch Gardens with my good friend Carly and her boys! Carly and I have been friends for forever and with many states between us, I always cherish our time together when we can get it. We jump right in where we left off and never skip a single beat. Honestly, it’s so wonderful. And this weekend was the first time we got the chance to get our little wild crew together, something we’ve been talking about for YEARS. It was a dream! The kids were hilarious, and I took a million photos of their sweet faces covered in ice cream and sunscreen.

And we rounded out the weekend celebrating friends! There were baby showers and kid birthday parties galore! By Sunday night I decided to put myself on bedrest, ha! This week’s goal… slow down. Wish me luck!
