Second cup of coffee kind of day!
Good morning! I’m writing this snuggled up on the couch with a cup of coffee, waiting for the kids to wake up. This time change has been very kind to us in the mornings, and I’m loving the little bit of extra time—especially since Juliet was up last night from 12 to 2:30AM giggling. Ha! I wish I were joking. I ran into her room after hearing her cry, only to pick her up and have those cries turn into full-on giggles. She was wide awake, ready to play and crawl.
I remember this happening with Laurens around this age—it’s like a big cognitive leap just clicked, and she had to share it with us. Ryan and I just sat on the couch watching her crawl around, play little games, and make new sounds. Definitely a core memory made… but I’ll 100% be needing an extra cup of coffee today.
Anyway, I hope you had a lovely weekend! We spent the last few days soaking up the backyard sunshine, mixing up naptime margaritas, and trying out new recipes—this one was fantastic.
Excited to dive into the week! We’re on spring break, so I’m planning to soak up extra time with the kids while also squeezing in some work. The juggle is extra real! Wishing you the best week ahead!

5 Things I’m Loving
A few fun things I’m loving right now…
1.
$12 Spring Scallops
The new spring line at Old Navy for toddlers and babies is SO ADORABLE. Very much so thinking about ordering this and just saving it for Juliet. It’s SO cute.

3.
The cutest Duck, Ever!
Guys, I’m literally dying over this Etsy find. You can get outfits for this little duck doll and it’s all under $20. I have to get them for the kid’s Easter baskets! So sweet.

I can hardly wait to get my hands on that recipe binder! I have been underwhelmed by what I have seen on Amazon but this one from Simplified looks exactly like what I have been wanting.
