Best. Day. Ever.
Friends, if there is one thing that you need to know about me, it is that I LOVE popcorn. LOVE it. I make on the stove pretty much every single day. It’s my favorite thing ever. Growing up my mom would have homemade popcorn for us on the kitchen table with a big bowl of fresh strawberries waiting for us when we got home from school; it’s one of my favorite childhood memories, and at just about 3:00 p.m. every day I get up from my desk, and make myself a bowl of fresh hot popcorn. So this day is THE BEST DAY!!

Awe my mom did the exact same thing from me when I got home from school. For years, I’d get home, plop down in our breakfast nook, and read a book and eat popcorn. Thanks for allowing me to relive those special memories 🙂
