My New Favorite Coffee Recipe
So refreshingly unexpected!
Earlier this summer while we were in Charleston, my sister-in-law made us these AMAZING whipped honey lattes, a version the ones Babas, our favorite coffee shop in Charleston, makes! They were delicious and a refreshingly fun twist on the normal iced latte. Needless to say, I’d begged her to make me one every afternoon and she happily obliged! (Because we all know I love myself a cup of coffee!)

THEN one morning we stopped by Babas for breakfast and she ordered an “orange” latte… and I was so intrigued! I took one sip and knew I’d be recreating it as soon as I got home! It sounded so odd to me, and not at all appealing, but oh was I wrong… it’s unreal and *so* simple.

So this is my version, these two delicious drinks whirled into one!
P.S. If you are looking for an espresso machine, we absolutely LOVE ours! Here’s an entire review here.

Whipped Espresso Orange Honey Latte
Ingredients: makes 1
double shot of espresso
milk of choice ( I like this one)
honey, to taste (I use 1 tsp.)
orange peel
Directions:
This is the easiest recipe of all time. Pull a double shot of espresso, then whip your milk and honey together using a tool like this. Then do the same to your shot(s) of espresso with the same tool. Add ice to the espresso, pour whipped milk over ice. And lastly twist the orange peel over drink and throw in! The oils in the orange peel really make this drink POP!!

You’ll have to let me know if you try this one, and make sure you tag me so I can share!
