My Weekend Lookbook: December 14-15, 2013

Good morning and happy Monday to you! Here is just a peek at what I was up to this weekend”¦

Photo 1: On Saturday, I had a (totally last minute) big Open House Christmas Party for my friends, family, and neighbors! I had so much fun celebrating all of the people that I love the most, while sipping on spiked hot cocoa and snacking on reindeer mix! I could not have asked for a better night!!

P.S. Yes, I totally used this image as an “text-a-vite”… since the party was sooooo last minute I didn’t get a chance to actually make invitations. I know, I know, I make invitations for a living. But hey! It’s still kinda cute!

Photo 2: Every year for Christmas, I have a long list of people who need something a little handmade, yummy, and thoughtful… those people include my delivery men, print shop team, hair dresser, etc. So, I thought what better sweet treat than caramel corn?! All I did was get a bunch of empty paint cans from Home Depot (run them through the dishwasher!), print out a few handmade labels, and whip up Paula Dean’s Carmel Corn recipe and voila! Handmade Present Perfection!!

Photo 3: I just love when the tree is officially up and sparkly, but… it’s almost too good to be true when there are wrapped presents under the tree! It’s totally official when there are presents under the tree! Christmas time is HERE!!
