Here is just a peek at what I was up to this weekend”¦

Photo 1. Pool Party!

On Saturday afternoon we packed our sunscreen, sunnies, and swimmies and headed out for a pool party for my best friend’s daughter’s 1st birthday party! We honestly had the best time getting together with our favorite people lazily floating around in the pool and eating cupcakes! It was such a fun day celebrating our sweet Livie! 

Also, as a side note… Livie loooooved her gift, but I may have gotten even more joy out of taking pictures of her rolling around in it. HILARIOUS. I am framing this one.

I swung by my favorite little vintage shop and found this gem tucked inside! I am sort of obsessed with it and all of it’s Mary Tyler Moore-ness.  Can’t wait to take my new vintage handbag out for a spin!!

Photo 3. Shine Bright Like a Diamond

Okay, I know this is kinda strange…. but you NEED this. A few weeks ago I purchased some new face wash, etc. at Nordstrom.com and they sent a box full of samples along with my order. I usually toss samples, just because… ain’t nobody got time for that. But for some reason I kept this the GoSmile sample. Like everyone else in America, I like having veeeery white teeth, but I am never ever, ever, giving up coffee. So the struggle is real. I’ve been using Crest White-stripes for years, but my teeth are so sensitive that I don’t do it very often. I know, 1st world problems. Anyways, I had an extra 2o mins on Sunday afternoon so I thought why not, Go Smile… let’s see what you’ve got! And whoa. After 20 mins of no bad taste, no gunky gel, no strips, really no anything, my teeth were visibly whiter. Seriously. This is no lie. So much so that as soon as my husband walked in the door from the gym I was smiling like a buffoon and he noticed! And then quickly asked if he could use the other sample stick on his own teeth. I’m nice, so I let him… but I didn’t want to. So, the moral of this story is 1. try out those samples, and 2. EVERYONE go get a Go Smile kit!!!!!
