My Weekend Lookbook: June 15-16, 2013

Good morning and happy Monday to you!! I hope you had a fabulous weekend, here is a peek at what I was up to!

Photo 1: As you know, B is having a baby, and so of course I am throwing her a very sassy baby shower… let’s be real, how could I not!? So anyways, I spent a good chunk of Saturday afternoon addressing and stuffing her baby shower invitations! I never get the opportunity to do the actually stuffing and addressing of invitations I have designed, so this was a treat! I can’t wait to show you her invitation suite, it’s ADORABLE!!!

Photo 2. I gave my daddy this little treat on Sunday for Father’s day! I’m not sure there is a better “man gift” than one of our Mr. Handsome coffee mugs +  a Brother’s and Craft pocket square!

P.S. I also used our “lucky” enclosure card… you know, because I consider myself the luckiest girl to have such a sweet dad!

Photo 3. I have these MASSIVE windows in my living room, I’m talking massive. And this weekend I finally purchased some curtains… I love them so much, I can’t stand it! They make me feel like a real grown up (I feel like drapes are a grown-up purchase… don’t you?!) and I like it! Now all I need to do is iron them, but that is one “grown-up” task I am not the least bit into. I have even contemplated Downy Wrinkle Reducing them, but then I think my mother might have a heart attack. So it looks like I will be spending my free time ironing this week.
