{New Custom Illustration} Kentucky Derby Party Invitations

Good morning! Today I wanted to share with you this super sweet Kentucky Derby invitation I recently finished for one of my lovely clients! I’ve decided this week is Derby Week over here at ABD because today and tomorrow’s post are all about it! I absolutely LOVE working on Derby invitations because it brings me back to my very first figure illustration I did four years ago (I can barely believe it!!), and to be honest it is still one of my favorites! Anyway, this invitation suite is for a couples shower that will be held at a local race track, how fun right?! I wanted to make the entire invitation suite fun and sophisticated with just a bit of sass… and I absolutely love the way the finished look came together! I so wish I was attending this party, I’m dying for an excuse to put on a fancy hat and sip mint juleps!
