Paleo Chocolate-Chip Cookies (Gluten- & Dairy-Free)
These turned out SO well!
I had a few girlfriends over this week for a mid-week catch up (it was cute!) and I always love serving a little sweet treat alongside my ever present giant bowl of homemade popcorn. I was on the hunt for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that would be really good but not too decadent, and this one really hit the spot. It is so delicious and I will be making it again and again. I tweaked it a tiny bit, but overall it is a winner.
If you are looking for something sweet this season but are not wanting to break out the butter, sugar, and flour, this is definitely lighter but just as satisfying!

- Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
