I'd like to think my first ever polka dot suit outing was a success! Now, you might be wondering where in the world would one wear such a fabulous suit...Well, I made a list...

Polka Dots & The Perfect Suit

Okay. I’m going to be completely honest with you here. I want to wear this suit every single day of my life. I legitimately put it on and came out of our room to show Ryan and he said: “I had my doubts, but you are right, this is so you.”

And guyssssss… I need you to have a polka dot suit moment too because I’m not quite sure there is anything better.

Now, you may be asking yourself… “where would one wear such a fabulous suit?”

Well, funny you should ask! I just so happened to have made a list for you! 😉

Wedding – Although you might out-shine the bride, it’s that good.
Speaking engagement! – Nothing says “I’m platform ready” like a power suit.
Dinner Party – Best dressed guest award goes to you!
Awards Banquet – They are always boring, let’s be honest. This will bring the fun!
Work conference – How to get noticed by the boss 101.
Girls night – duh.

…. I could keep going, but we’d be here all day.

You may remember a few weeks ago over on stories when I was flipping through the latest Boden magazine and came across this suit and flipped out. When I saw it in the magazine I thought, now THAT is what I’ve been looking for my whole life. I ordered it on the spot!

This was my first ever Boden purchase, so I was a bit nervous about the fitting, quality, and customer service… but I truly couldn’t have been be any more pleased! The quality was amazing! The suit was lined and was the nicest fabric, seriously, it draped like a dream and the fit (size 4) was perfect.

Measure once…

For sizing, I can’t recommend knowing your measurements enough (pick up some fashion measuring tape if you don’t own it already!). I lined up my measurements with their suit chart and it was spot on. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Boden, but clearly will not be the last!

Now that I’ve had SUCH an amazing shopping experience I’m going to load up my cart with a few other favorites I’ve been eyeing like this dress, these shoes, and I just ordered this sweater and this skirt! I didn’t realize this, but Boden is also sold on Nordstrom making free shipping and returns even easier.

I don’t know about you, but I may have just found my new go-to!
