Primping With ABD: My 3 Summer Faves!

Beauty products make me HAPPY.

For today’s Primping post, I wanted to share with you my top three favorite beauty products at the moment! I love to switch things up and try new products here and there, but these three are my favorite of this season.

1. Tata Harper’s Rejuvenating Serum

This is by far my favorite! A few weeks ago, our Brand Relations girl Francesca came into town to stay with us for a few days for a little work-cation! We had the best time of course, but every day we’d get up, and at the breakfast table I would say over and over, “Teach me your skincare ways!!” Her skin is flawless, and I wanted it. After the like 15th round of questions, she began to tell me all about her love affair with Tata Harper and how magical it is, and how even our bestie, Grace, uses it too! And of course, since I was quite literally just using a bar of soap on my face every morning and night (as I had recently ran out of all my good stuff), I was all ears!

After a little bit of research, I decided to just try out the sample kit from Tata Harper and see if I actually liked their line before investing, because let’s be real… it is, in fact, an investment. I am so glad I did! A few things in the sample kit I wasn’t fond of, but the serum, face wash, face oil, and face mask I needed in my everyday life. I have slowly been purchsing these product one by one… but let me tell you, they are indeed magical!! <— seriously. 

2. Smith’s Rosebud Lip Balm

One of my besties sent me this amazing lip balm along with a few other little goodies for my birthday last month, and I have now started carrying it around with me wherever I go! I am kind of finicky about lip balm; I don’t like it too waxy, too shiny, too anything really! So I was pleasantly surprised when this ended up becoming my new standard for lip balm. If you haven’t tried Smith’s Rosebud, you are not living! 

3. Julep’s Boho Glam Nail Polish

On Monday I headed into my nail salon with this pretty little polish! I am very much a pink-red-coral girl so my nail tech Ryan was so excited that I was going to jump outside the box (for once)… I’m not going to lie it took me a good 20 mins to get used to it… but after that I started to feel VERY hip! Ha! Such a fun Summer color.
