The Best All Weather Boot

You’ll never want to take them off!

A few years ago I picked up these boots during a very *cold* trip to New York. We were in the city for a fun weekend getaway and we met up with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law who where living in Williamsburg at the time. It was particularly cold and rainy that day and my feet were FROZEN, and well, wet.

But when I looked down at my sister-in-law’s feet they looked cozy, and DRY.

Blundstone Boots (size up 1/2 size!)

Once safely tucked into a warm coffee shop I asked her to tell this Florida girl her cold weather secrets. And she said “Oh, girl, you need a pair of Blundstones, and QUICK.” We walked straight out of the coffee shop and to the Blundstone store in Brooklyn and the rest is history.

I have to say that these boots are truly the best, most comfortable boots I own. I wish I would have known about them sooner, to be honest. They have become my go to boot for travel and cold winter days!

Plus, they really are the most perfect cabin shoe (proof here!). 😉

So right off the bat, I would say size up 1/2 size! I’m typically a size 9, and I ordered these in a 9.5. They fit like a dream! Also, they come in a non-heeled version, but I love the little 1 3/4″ heel… makes it feel a bit more feminine!

The fit is fantastic and super supportive. I know this is a bold statement but they may be my most comfortable shoe I own, seriously.

Oh! They come in three colors. The ones I have are called “antique brown leather”. There is also a black color and “shiraz brown” color.

Okay, well, I think I covered just about everything about this magical shoe! ha. But if you have any question, feel free to leave them in the comments below and I will try to answer them. I’ve worn them in snow, freezing rain, gravel roads, in the country and around the big city… and they’ve never let me down.
