The Best GF/DF Freezer-Friendly Meals
When you need a little help in the kitchen!
Before baby arrived, I tried to do as much freezer prep as possible. I made batches of energy bites, muffins, and stocked up on fresh proteins, and grab-and-go quinoa bags and veggies (these and these are our favorites!).
I figured every little bit would help when we were sleep deprived! But my mom (the gem that she is!) asked me to send her a handful of recipes I’d love for her to make to save in our freezer. This way we’d have good home-cooked meals ready to go on the fly. Bless her!

Right now, we have friends and family *so* generously dropping off meals and meeting baby Laurens, and it’s just the best. But also knowing I have a freezer full of my mom’s cooking is just kind of awesome, to be honest.
I thought I’d share with you a few of our favorite freezer-friendly meals that you will want to make whether you are tucking them away for later, dropping them off for a friend, or eating most of it tonight. You cannot go wrong with these recipes, trust me!
P.S. As always, everything will have a gluten- and dairy-free option if it isn’t already GF/DF friendly, so you can proceed with confidence.
