Weekend Lookbook: February 25-26, 2017

Photo 1: The Style Guide + Cookies

I had TONS of chores on my to-do list for Saturday since I haven’t really been home for two weeks! All the normal stuff like unpacking, organizing, grocery shopping, etc. In between chores, I took a little 20 minute Style Guide break, because there is nothing better than a cup of hot coffee (this is my favorite of our new mugs!), fresh chocolate chip cookies, and J.Crew’s Style Guide. Each season, I look forward to J.Crew’s Style Guide. It’s the hands down the best catalog I receive! I ALWAYS find like 300 I-absolutely-can-not-live-without things, which is both good and bad. Have you seen the latest Style Guide yet?! I’m seriously crushing on this gingham dress, this tulle skirt, these tasseled loafers, this sequin sweater… I could go on and ON!

Photo 2: All Things That Sparkle

As you know, I am a chronic over packer, but I’m making a few strides in becoming better! The one thing I can not get a handle on are jewels! I need ALL of them when I travel. I was in LA for 4 days last week, and this is just a portion of what I brought. I feel as if it’s both impressive and aggressive… but then again, who knows when you are going to need a bit of extra sparkle?!

Photo 3: The New General

On Sunday after church, we swung by a new coffee shop that we kept hearing tons of buzz about called the New General. I am so glad we did! Not only was the place filled with familiar faces ( I love bumping into friends while out and about!), but it was also both beautiful AND delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend swinging by if you are in the Winter Park area, and make sure you get the Honey Iced Latte, you can thank me later!
