My Weekend Lookbook: January 7-8, 2016

I hope you all had a wonderful and restful weekend! Here is just a peek at what I was up to”¦

1. BREAKFAST DATE

On Saturday morning, Ryan and I bundled up and headed out to our favorite neighborhood spot for breakfast. We put our phones down, sipped hot lattes, enjoyed the best breakfast tacos in town, and chatted about our busy week while the rain just pounded on the restaurant’s windows. I’m not sure it gets any better than that. Hands down my favorite part of our weekend.

2. WHEN YOU GET SNOW, WE GET RAIN

While everyone else woke up to snow this weekend, us Floridians woke up to buckets and BUCKETS of rain. But honestly, I love the rain, especially cold rain on a Saturday afternoon when you have no real plans. Also, I’m always up for ANY and every excuse to wear my rain boots! 

Although, I’m not going to lie, there was a twinge of jealousy as I scrolled through instagram seeing all of your gorgeous pictures of your Winter Wonderlands! But, we are heading to Atlanta this weekend, so fingers crossed the snow will stick around for us!

3. GOLDEN GLOBES

Award Season is officially here, and I’m beyond excited! I love staying up late on a Sunday night in my pjs drinking champagne and eating popcorn while watching my celebrity favorites walk the red carpet. Also, a few of my L’Oreal League girls were attending on Sunday night! It gave the whole night a extra layer of excitement as I watched to see their pretty faces. 

But, let’s get down to the real talk of the night, who was your best dressed?! I’m sharing my favorites over on Instagram stories today!
