What I Packed for Our Babymoon!
Colorful and Comfortable
We spent last Friday-Monday tucked away at the utterly charming Port d’Hiver Bed and Breakfast in Melbourne Beach, Florida. The Melbourne beach area has been a longtime favorite of ours and just a special place for us. So when looking for a mini Babymoon getaway, I could think of a better place!
After doing a little digging I came across Port d’Hiver Bed and Breakfast, which I had never heard of before! From the photos online it looked exactly like what I was hopping to find. And when I called they just so happened to have an opening for the weekend, it felt like *kismet*. I booked it on the spot and hoped it was as charming as it looked.
From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were BLOWN away. We felt like we had fallen into some sort of coastal Gilmore Girls dream land… it was everything we’d hoped it would be and more.
We will most definitely be coming back!
Sun Hat // Colorful Floral Swimsuit // Tassel Dress // Floral Dress // Pink Striped Shirt // Pink Pajamas // Lavender Striped Shirt // Dainty Floral Swimsuit // Pearl Handbag // Lavender Bikini // Straight Leg Denim // Gold Charm Necklace // Colorful Beaded Necklace
When it came to packing for this trip I wanted to keep it simple, but bring a few special prices that I felt *really* good in. Funnily enough I had the flu on our actual honeymoon 7 years ago (it was extremely attractive, ha!), so this was a do-over of sorts! 😉
I packed my favorites, plus a few new things that just sparked joy like this dress and this floral swimsuit! The two maternity items I brought where these linen pants ( non maternity version here!) and this pair of straight leg denim... both where SO GREAT. Other than that everything else was non-maternity just either sized up or had extra room, so keep that in mind if you too are doing a little shopping!
A Few Looks:
Truly such a sweet vacation!
