I am such a sucker for Valentine’s Day! This year is pretty much the perfect date – we’re going to the ballet and then out for a late dinner, but I am also planning on celebrating with girl friends a few days beforehand with a night of wine and chocolate!

Last Valentine’s day was my first with my then-Fiance and now husband. We took our engagement photos that evening and I was looking for ward to the rest of our day. We didn’t end up doing too much but this year we’ve got a long-weekend getaway planned and couldn’t be more excited! This giveaway would be awesome!
My perfect Valentine’s Day date would be a day on the beach with a picnic and ending the night with a campfire!

I love a quiet Valentine’s Day – no pressure, just a relaxing date!
I love valentines day but not for the reasons most expect. My husband and I both travel for work and so we have never actually gotten to spend it together and don’t do gifts. That being said… We love it because it’s a holiday to recognize how lucky we are in all our relationships. I think our ideal vday would really just be a party with friends. I love romantic dates as much as the next girl but it seems like a day of love should be celebrated with everyone who means something to you. (Sounding a bit hippyish now 🙂 )
Simplicity is key for me, so dinner and movie is always good. 🙂
A romantic dinner and movie in, we could still dress up but it would be more intimate and romantic!

I love your giveaways! My husband is a high school baseball coach so since V-day falls during the season, we don’t usually do much. But he says every day is like Valentine’s Day with him – and he’s right! 🙂
