This week’s Desk Obsessed features one of my VERY favorite lifestyle and fashion blogs Bradley Agather of Luella & June. I love, love, love Bradley’s style and reading her blog is a daily thing over here in the ABD studio! Her weekly column of What I Love Right Now is one of my favorites! And so lucky for you we’ve got all the dish on Bradley’s desk”“ from pens to snacks to music: all the snazzy details! Hope you enjoy!

Name and Occupation: Bradley Agather, Author of Luella & June

Is your desk more OCD organized or artistically organized chaos?
Depends on the day. I’m normally very organized (OCD is certainly a good description), but there are days when it looks like total chaos at my desk. Magazine tears, calendars, receipts – you get the idea!

What’s your go to pen or pencil? (We know you have a favorite!)

Pilot Precise V5 in Extra Fine. Black ink.

What are you listening to at your desk these days? If you prefer to work in silence, is there a song or album that’s gets your juices flowing when you’re stuck in a rut?
This really depends on my mood. It’s nice to have a little background music while I’m working. I usually hit Pandora.Lately, I’ve been listening to the Lana Del Ray and Florence + The Machines stations.

Are there snacks or treats within arms reach of your desk? What are they?
Absolutely. A cup of coffee (Starbucks Tall Americano for me!) usually helps me get going in the morning. Throughout the day I’ll snack on almonds, cheese, and sour patch kids. My favorite thing? Peanut butter. Though, I really try not to keep this within arm’s reach. It would be dangerous. I could eat an entire jar in one sitting.

What 3 Things on your desk keep you on track and inspired?
1. My blue leather journal. I really don’t leave home without this. It’s where I keep my to-do lists, notes, and blog ideas.

2. My iPhone. I rely on the calendar to keep me updated on daily appointments and reminders. (This is usually attached my pink Pop Phone. I love this thing!).

3. Piles of my current favorite design books and magazine tears. I always turn to these when I’m in need of a little inspiration.
