Is your desk more OCD organized or artistically organized chaos?

Organized chaos, definitely. I always start the day with the best intentions of being tidy but by the end of the day it’s always covered in catalogs, magazines, and stacks of papers.

What’s your go to pen or pencil? (We know you have a favorite!)

Right now the #ThingsWeLove pencil set from my boutique is my go-to. They’re hot pink, kelly green, and navy blue all printed with little things that make me smile!

What are you listening to at your desk these days? If you prefer to work in silence, is there a song or album that’s gets your juices flowing when you’re stuck in a rut?

I like to listen to Pandora during the day so I have a little background noise without having to play DJ while I work. My go-to station may or may not be Taylor Swift.

Are there snacks or treats within arms reach of your desk? What are they?

I start every day with a skinny vanilla latte, which is pretty dangerous since a little spill fried my last Mac book. (Oops!) Other than that, I do try to step away from the computer for lunch with my dad, who also works from home. It’s not easy to stare at the computer for ten hours a day!

What 3 Things on your desk keep you on track and inspired?

My monogrammed desk accessories make me so happy. Seriously I would put a monogram on everything if I could! Besides that, I like to have my iPhone and my stationery within arm’s reach. I like to stay on top of social media and you never know when you’ll need to write a handwritten note!
