Let’s Cook! Easter Brunch Menu
So many delicious Easter brunch ideas…
I love Easter and am already so excited at just the thought of spending Easter Sunday with our families! As you know by now I love any excuse to dress up (this is what I’m wearing!), make yummy food, and celebrate, and I cannot think of a better reason to celebrate than Easter. It is truly one of my very favorite days. That’s why I thought I’d pull together some Easter brunch ideas for those of us who are hosting!

The below recipes would make a gorgeous full menu, or you could pick or choose just a few of them to add to whatever you are already planning. I am so excited for a day full of fun and family.
I’ve rounded up some Easter brunch ideas in the past (last April’s dinner menu and, of course, the original GF/DF Easter brunch menu), so if you are looking to do a little recipe browsing, take a peek at those two posts, too! They are great. But I’m so excited about this year’s menu… especially those egg sandwiches, ADORABLE.
Fingers crossed you find something that strikes your fancy! Have a very Happy Easter!
P.S. As always, everything will have a gluten- and dairy-free option if it isn’t already GF/DF friendly, so you can proceed with confidence.

Lavender Lemonade Mimosa
Mindful Avocado
Oh my gosh, these sound amazing! The twist on a simple lemonade is so good… adding a little lavender and champagne is brilliant! Also, so easily made into a mocktail for the kids to enjoy, too.

BLT Egg Sandwiches
Real Balanced
I don’t know why but I think these little hardboiled egg sandwiches are just so darn clever! 100% making these this year. Would be a perfect little appetizer or side for the main dish.
Simple Arugula Salad
Cookie & Kate
This fresh salad is making my mouth water! Honestly, sometimes simple is best, and this “recipe” is proving that. Always good to have some greens to balance out the meal!

Hot Smoked Salmon
Diverse Dinners
Have you ever had Hillstone’s smoked salmon appetizer?! IT IS SO GOOD. Truthfully, I dream about it. I found a recipe that is very similar… and here is the sauce! Serve this with some toasted sourdough bread and your are GOLDEN. Ryan and I made this on our Traeger a few months ago and truly, it’s “chef’s kiss” good.
And if you don’t have a smoker, just bake the salmon and served chilled. Just as good!
Tagliatelle With Asparagus & Peas
Love & Lemons
This recipe feels so spring… pasta with a light cashew cream sauce make it hearty and comforting, while spring veggies, lemon, and an abundance of herbs make it super fresh and bright. Yum!

Carrot Cake
Well Fed Baker
It’s not Easter without carrot cake in my opinion! This is one of the best GF/DF recipes I’ve found. Truly SO good.
